Actually, they asked me to find the parts, as they couldn't find the correct ones. And yes, the parts failed...from improper installation according the local Jeep dealer. But ...

So you found a shop that would actually install your parts and those parts failed? Now your complaining? I'd be glad to take my car there if they'll install my parts.
